Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee welfare.
Handle statutory compliances (Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, etc.).
Develop and implement HR policies, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Drive training & development programs for workers, staff, and management.
Oversee shift management, attendance, and leave administration.
Foster employee engagement and retention in line with company culture.
Liaise with management for manpower planning and organizational development.
Qualifications:
MBA / PG in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations.
Experience in manufacturing / textile / spinning mill preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
