Job Description

Location: Greenways Road, Chennai (Work from OFFICE only)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring). Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Implement employee engagement initiatives. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Performance Management

Drive performance appraisal processes. Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and career development. Identify high performers and succession planning needs.

Learning & Development

Assess training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills. Implement leadership development and upskilling initiatives.

Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Draft and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and best practices. Manage disciplinary actions and terminations.

Compensation & Benefits

Oversee payroll and benefits administration. Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation planning.

HR Operations & Reporting

Maintain HRMIS/HRIS records and generate reports. Track HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, hiring timelines, etc.). Drive HR automation and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with integrity and confidentiality. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
