Lead end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to forecast and fulfill staffing needs.
Optimize recruitment channels and employer branding.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive workplace culture and drive engagement initiatives.
Conduct regular one-on-one and skip-level meetings to gather employee feedback.
3. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Provide support to managers in setting KPIs and conducting reviews.
Identify training needs and recommend development programs.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.
Ensure organizational compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Assist in salary benchmarking and structuring.
Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll vendor.
Handle employee benefits administration (leaves, insurance, etc.).
6. HR Operations
Maintain HRIS and employee database with up-to-date information.
Generate reports and analytics for management review.
Oversee employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
