Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities, ensuring smooth HR operations and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, in-depth HR knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete employee life cycle -- from recruitment to exit formalities.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Good knowledge in payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance reviews.

Coordinate training & development programs.

Maintain HR records and prepare periodic reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of HR experience.

Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,152.60 - ₹50,795.01 per month
