Job Summary :
The HR Manager will oversee and manage core HR functions excluding recruitment. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, grievances, and workplace concerns. Build and maintain positive employee relations to enhance productivity and morale. Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
2. Performance Management Administer the performance appraisal process and ensure timely reviews. Support managers in setting performance goals and KPIs for their teams. Monitor employee performance and guide corrective action plans where necessary.
3. Policy Development & Compliance Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws. Ensure the organization remains compliant with statutory regulations and employment legislation. Conduct periodic policy awareness sessions for employees.
4. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training programs. Support career development and succession planning initiatives. Maintain records of employee training and monitor effectiveness.
5. HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management. Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and other administrative functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR management or senior HR role (excluding recruitment). In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and performance management systems.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
4. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
