Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete employee life cycle -- from recruitment to exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Good knowledge in payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance reviews.
Coordinate training & development programs.
Maintain HR records and prepare periodic reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of HR experience
