As an HR Manager, you will handle all human resource and administration responsibilities in a foundry environment. This includes recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end
recruitment
, joining formalities, and staff onboarding
Maintain and process
attendance, payroll, and leave records
Ensure compliance with
labour laws
, ESI, PF, and factory act
Coordinate with contract labor and maintain statutory registers
Manage
employee relations
, grievance handling, and daily HR activities
Oversee
training and skill development
for workers and staff
Maintain
HR documentation
, records, and MIS reports
Support internal and external
ISO / IATF audit
preparations
Conduct employee engagement, welfare, and safety programs
Communicate effectively with workers and management in
Tamil, English
, and preferably
Hindi
Qualifications
Degree or MBA in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations
8-12 years of experience in HR roles (manufacturing or foundry preferred)
Good knowledge of payroll, factory compliance, and statutory procedures
Hands-on experience with
HR software, Excel
, and basic reports
Strong communication and people management skills
Fluency in
Tamil and English is a must
