Job Description

1. Recruitment and Staffing



Develop and implement recruitment strategies. Coordinate interviews and selection processes. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Ensure onboarding processes are smooth and effective.

2. Employee Relations



Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts. Foster a positive work environment and culture. Conduct employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

3. Performance Management



Design and oversee performance appraisal systems. Provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers. Identify training and development needs.

4. Training and Development



Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions. Promote continuous learning and career development. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

5. Compensation and Benefits



Develop competitive compensation structures. Manage payroll and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

6. Policy Development and Compliance



Create and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards. Maintain employee records and documentation.

7. Strategic Planning



Align HR strategies with organizational goals. Participate in workforce planning and succession planning. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.

8. Health, Safety, and Wellness



Promote workplace safety and wellness programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support mental health and well-being initiatives.
