Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end HR functions across
three divisions

FMCG, Factory, and Corporate Office
. The role involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, payroll, statutory compliance, and adherence to labor laws. Acts as a strategic partner to management while ensuring HR operations align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
entire employee lifecycle
: recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and exit formalities.
Lead HR operations
across FMCG, Factory, and Corporate sectors.
Ensure timely and accurate
payroll processing
and
PF/ESI/statutory compliance
.
Monitor and implement applicable
labor law regulations
and HR policies.
Drive
talent acquisition
strategies and build a strong employer brand.
Conduct performance appraisals, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, counseling, and conflict resolution.
Organize orientation programs and
on-the-job training sessions
.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure manpower planning and shift management.
Regularly audit HR systems and practices for process improvement and compliance.
Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes team spirit and employee motivation.
Multilingual skills
will be considered an added advantage.
