Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the hospitality/hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospitality industry standards Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Support department heads in manpower planning and team structuring Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:



Experience: Minimum 10 years in Hospitality/Hotel Industry. Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management or related field Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the hospitality industry Fluency in English is mandatory Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
