Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management and development, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, highly organized, and capable of building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the academy's objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified faculty and staff.
Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Develop and monitor overall HR systems, policies, and procedures across the academy.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance; coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Ensure legal compliance with all HR policies and labor laws.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll data, etc.) accurately and confidentially.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs to enhance professional growth and satisfaction.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
Manage HR budgets and optimize HR operational costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
