Handle day-to-day HR operations across construction and factory units
Maintain

Ensure compliance with all

Manage all
licenses and approvals
related to factory and construction work
Liaison with labour authorities and government departments
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and worker welfare (food, stay, etc.)
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience in construction or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of
Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, CLRA
, etc.
Local candidate preferred (must speak Tamil)
Ability to manage both site and office HR tasks
Graduate in HR / Business / Law or related field
