Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly capable and experienced

HR Manager

to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes in our organization. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing policies that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Manage the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and offboarding. Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration. Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures effectively. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and employee engagement. Collaborate with department heads to support talent needs and workforce planning. Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as needed. Drive initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
