Key Responsibilities

:

Recruitment and Staffing

:

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations:

Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.

Provide support for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and bonus structures.

Ensure the company offers competitive benefits packages and complies with local laws regarding benefits.

Advise on compensation policies and ensure internal equity.

Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Update and implement HR policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records and handle confidential information responsibly.

Required Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Experience in Textiles Industry is preferred

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
