Job Title : HR Manager



Department : Human Resource



Reports To: General Manager



Location: Khaleez Restaurant ,Tirur

To lead, guide, and coach the HR team across the Khaleez Hospitality Group's companies, ensuring consistent implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices. The HR Manager is responsible for all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring a high-performing, people-first work culture.

Key Responsibilities:



HR Leadership & Team Management



Lead, guide, and mentor the HR team across all units. Allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance. Coach HR team members on recruitment, onboarding, discipline, HR systems, and documentation. Conduct weekly HR team reviews and monthly achievement reviews. Ensure organization chart / organogram are updated on monthly basis

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Oversee end-to-end hiring for all vertical in the Khaleez Hospitality Group. Ensure manpower planning, job descriptions, and hiring timelines are met. Guide HR team on sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation compliance. Lead Induction session for new joiners. Build relationship with Hotel Management Institutes to Hire the freshers

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling



Build strong employee engagement systems across locations. Handle escalated grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters. Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of issues. Maintain a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment. Conduct Employee Happiness Survey and do workplace analysis to present to Management. Ensure employee are maintain Khaleez Standard of personal hygiene and grooming.

Performance Management



Lead the quarterly performance review process. Coach managers on giving constructive feedback. Monitor employee performance issues and improvement plans. Ensure alignment with Group HR performance standards. Ensure monthly best performers are identified and roll out.

Training & Development



Identify training needs across all units. Coordinate L&D programs, inductions, and compliance training. Support career development and succession planning. Evaluate training effectiveness with HR team.

Compensation, Payroll & HR Operations



Oversee mid-month / monthly payroll inputs, attendance, and compliance documents. Ensure accuracy in salary structure, increments, and letters. Guide HR team on HR system updates, leave management, and employee records. Support audits and MIS report submission.

Compliance & Policy Implementation



Ensure Group-wide compliance with labour laws, POSH, and statutory time;y filing for EPFO, ESIC, PT, workers welfare fund requirements. Timely renewal of all HR & operational license. Ensure all employees has the health card Monitor HR documentation, registers, licenses, and inspections. Implement HR policies uniformly across all companies. Maintain zero non-compliance across units.

HR Strategy & Continuous Improvement



Lead HOD meeting during absence of GM and record the minutes of meeting and roll out the same post meeting. Ensure all the HR functions trackers are well maintained. Support HR Head in strategic initiatives and projects. Develop and Improve HR processes, SOPs, and employee experience. Ensure Khaleez Hospitality Group LinkedIn pages are update to update with employee engagement activities posters, hiring etc. Lead change management and policy roll-outs. Ensure alignment with Group culture and values.

Qualification



Bachelor's degree in Administration/ HR 4-5 years of managerial experience in HR, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
