Experience: Min 5 Yrs
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Design and implement performance management systems.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Develop and monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism).
Plan and manage employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Lead training and development programs for employee growth.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems.
Support organizational change and culture development.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to reduce attrition.
Prepare HR reports and present them to senior management.
