The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals. The role involves overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and finalize selections.
Plan and conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Performance Management
Implement and monitor KRA / KPI systems for all departments.
Facilitate quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Support managers in setting measurable targets and improvement plans.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain a positive work environment and address employee grievances promptly.
Organize engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs.
Ensure smooth internal communication and foster company culture.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
Maintain statutory compliance under labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Keep HR policies updated and ensure all employees follow them.
Manage audits, inspections, and related documentation.
5. Payroll & Attendance Management
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions).
Work closely with accounts/finance for accurate salary processing.
Maintain records of attendance, leave, and permissions.
6. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and conduct development programs.
Support team leaders in skill enhancement initiatives.
7. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, new hires, attendance summary, etc.).
Provide management insights through HR metrics and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA / MSW(HR) or M.A HRM or equivalent.
3 + years of proven experience in HR operations or HR business partnering.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRMS software, and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in IT / Manufacturing / Service sector
Exposure to HR automation tools and data analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
