We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources function for our growing e-commerce service-based organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit processes Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence Oversee performance management and appraisal processes Coordinate training and development initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Act as a bridge between management and employees to promote a positive work culture
Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance Experience in service-based or e-commerce industry preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
