Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

HR Manager

with a strong background in the

IT industry

and

Education / EdTech sector

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

placements coordination, college visits for seminars

, and

end-to-end HR operations

, along with proven

team-handling capabilities

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete

HR operations

including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention. Coordinate with

IT companies and EdTech partners

for student placements and job opportunities. Handle

placement coordination

, interview scheduling, and follow-ups with HR teams. Plan and conduct

college visits, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions

. Manage

employee attendance

, leave tracking, and payroll coordination. Handle

employee grievances

and ensure timely resolution. Lead, mentor, and manage the

HR and placement team

. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed effectively. Act as a bridge between management, employees, colleges, and corporate partners.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an

HR Manager / Senior HR Executive

. Mandatory experience in

IT industry

and

Education / EdTech company

. Strong exposure to

placements, college coordination, and seminars

. Sound knowledge of

attendance management and grievance handling

. Excellent

communication, coordination, and leadership skills

. Ability to handle teams and multiple responsibilities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / Master's degree in

HR or related field

. Experience in

training institutes, colleges, or EdTech organizations

will be a strong advantage.
