Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Handle campus hiring, walk-ins, and job portal postings
HR Operations
Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Manage payroll coordination and statutory compliance
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
Implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Conduct performance reviews and appraisals
Policy & Compliance
Formulate and implement HR policies and SOPs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and education-sector regulations
Handle audits and statutory documentation
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
Support leadership development and staff skill enhancement
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
Experience: 4-8 years in HR, preferably in
Education / EdTech / Institute
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills
Experience in academic staffing and faculty management
Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
