What the Role Involves

We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to manage HR operations end-to-end compliance, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee matters. You'll work closely with leadership to keep systems clean, fair, and consistent.

This is an execution-heavy role, not a people-branding or engagement-only position.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of hands-on HR experience
Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, PT, payroll, and PMS
Experience with recruitment (technical + non-technical)
Someone organised, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential matters
A person who believes HR should be done properly, not just quickly
Nice to Have

Experience in fast-paced or agency environments
Familiarity with HR tools and dashboards

This role requires daily presence at the office. We're looking for candidates currently based in Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai.
