Job Description

Recruitment

: Attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates to fill positions

Compensation and benefits

: Managing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll

Training and development

: Identifying training needs and designing programs to meet them

Policy development

: Creating and updating policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Employee relations

: Addressing employee concerns and conflicts, and providing counseling support
