for HR Manager Description A Human Resources Manager or HR Supervisor, is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization\'s personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and on boarding new employees. Responsibilities

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
