Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update organization structure, HR records, and employee master data.
Handle end-to-end exit management including F&F processing, documentation, and coordination.
Support performance management (PMS) activities, goal setting, appraisals, and increment data.
Assist in HR budgeting, tracking expenses, and cost MIS.
Manage compensation & benefits activities including payroll inputs, bonus, leave encashment, and reimbursements.
Coordinate insurance, medical claims, gratuity, and policy renewals.
Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll posting.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance trackers.
Address employee grievances and support employee relations initiatives.
Support ISO audits, HR policies, SOP updates, and documentation.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities, plant coordination, and management support work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
