Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs
Payroll Management
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Handle salary revisions, incentives, and statutory deductions
Statutory Compliance
Administer and ensure compliance with
ESI
,
EPF
, and other labor laws
Maintain records and liaise with government authorities
Legal & Industrial Relations
Handle labor law compliance, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions
Represent the company in labor inspections and audits
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize welfare activities, training programs, and employee feedback initiatives
Promote a positive work culture and retention strategies
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and MIS reporting
Draft HR policies and ensure adherence across departments
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree MSW in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in textile/weaving/manufacturing industries
Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multi-level workforce and union interactions
Hindi language proficiency
is an added advantage for workforce communication
