Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews
for project and technical profiles
Source and screen candidates from portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and recruitment partners
Coordinate with internal teams and project heads to understand manpower requirements
Finalize candidate profiles and maintain
recruitment trackers
with updates
Manage offer rollouts, joining coordination, and onboarding for project-based hires
Maintain candidate documentation, contracts, and initial induction for project deployment
Handle
bulk hiring
and mobilization planning for field roles such as electricians and helpers
Act as a bridge between HR operations, project managers, and finance for smooth execution

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in HR, MBA preferred
Minimum
3-6 years of experience
in recruitment (especially project-based/technical)
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and evaluation skills
Working knowledge of Excel, HR software/tools, and documentation
Must be fluent in
Hindi and English
for nationwide candidate interaction
Good understanding of manpower compliance for infrastructure & government projects
Compensation:
?15,000 - ?50,000/month (based on experience)
