Maintaining up-to-date personnel files (digital and physical).
Managing employee data confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
Payroll Administration
Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Performance Management
Assisting in setting performance goals and KPIs.
Coordinating annual/quarterly performance appraisals.
Supporting managers in employee feedback and improvement plans.
Training & Development
Identifying skill gaps and training needs.
Organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Maintaining records of employee development programs.
Policy Development & Compliance
Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring legal compliance with labor and employment laws.
Updating policies in line with regulatory or organizational changes.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Fostering a positive work culture through team-building activities.
Addressing employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Supporting internal communication and feedback channels.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitoring employee attendance and punctuality.
Managing leave applications, approvals, and records.
Ensuring leave policy compliance.
Exit Management
Handling resignation, termination, and retirement procedures.
Conducting exit interviews and processing full & final settlements.
Ensuring knowledge transfer and asset recovery.
HR Reporting & Analytics
Preparing reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment status, etc.
Analyzing trends to support workforce planning and decision-making.
