Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition - Main Responsibility



Handle end-to-end hiring on your own: Sales Executives Mechanics / Technicians Warehouse & Operations staff Actively source candidates using: Indeed and other job portals Employee and local referrals Field-level contacts, garages, workshops, sales networks Speak directly with candidates, explain the role clearly, negotiate, and close hiring Coordinate joining dates and ensure candidates actually report Do regular follow-ups after joining to avoid early drop-outs

Employee Management & Retention



Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and basic discipline Act as the first point of contact for employee issues and concerns Support managers in handling performance or behavioural problems Work on reducing attrition by hiring better-fit candidates and maintaining follow-ups

HR Operations & Support



Maintain employee files and basic HR documentation Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance data, and statutory details Support management in planning manpower requirements as the business grows

What We Are Looking For (Must Have)



3-5 years of

practical HR experience

, not just theoretical knowledge Strong experience in

hiring sales staff and blue-collar / technical staff

Previous exposure to

retail, automobile, service centres, logistics, FMCG, or manufacturing

Good communication skills and strong follow-up habits Ability to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable dealing with people at all levels - office staff, field staff, mechanics

This Role Is NOT Suitable For



HRs who only screen resumes and forward profiles Candidates with only IT / corporate HR background People who are uncomfortable going to the field or speaking directly with candidates HRs who avoid accountability for hiring results

and understand ground-level recruitment challenges, this role will suit you well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month
