Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for multiple positions (Bulk & Lateral hiring)
Manage hiring for
Recruitment Agency clients & Government projects
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Conduct interviews, screening, and candidate follow-ups
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and compliance documentation
Support HR operations, onboarding, and employee coordination
Required Skills:
Strong experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Good knowledge of
job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn)
Excellent communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi / English)
Ability to handle
pressure, deadlines, and bulk requirements
Experience in
government project hiring
will be an added advantage
Candidate Profile:
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in HR / Recruitment
Experience in
Recruitment Consultancy or Project-based hiring
preferred
Graduation mandatory (HR background preferred)
Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred
