About the Role

We are looking for a

hands-on HR Manager & Talent Acquisition Specialist

high-volume global recruitment (70%)

with

HR operations and systems management (30%)

. You must have fluent English communication skills and the ability to work across time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

Source, screen, and submit

50+ qualified profiles daily

Manage full-cycle global recruitment across technical, creative & operational roles Conduct English-proficiency and cultural-fit screenings Use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, automation tools)
HR Operations & Systems (30%)

Draft and implement HR policies (Employee Handbook, Leave Policy, NDAs, etc.) Upgrade HRIS/ATS systems and streamline workflows Manage onboarding, exits, and performance tracking Ensure policy compliance across teams
Required Qualifications

3-4+ years of HR/Recruitment experience

(agency or startup preferred) Proven success in

high-volume hiring

Fluent, near-native English

(written & spoken) Tech-savvy with experience implementing HR systems Able to switch easily between recruiter & HR management duties
