Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across business, sales, credit, risk, and technology functions.
Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and design effective hiring strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders.
Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
HR Operations
Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update HRMIS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and training coordination.
Ensure statutory compliance and support internal/external HR audits.
