Sarine Technologies is a leading technology company in the worldwide diamond

cover the entire journey of a diamond, from mining to grading for sale in stores.
Our cloud-based solutions consist of various components that enable clients to
interact with the cloud, including web front-ends and distributed processing sub-

AI algorithms, including machine learning and deep learning.
Experience and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institution.
  • Proven experience working with a multinational organization, with a deep
understanding of global HR policies, systems, and objectives-must
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience As an HR manager /Director-
must
  • Demonstrated expertise in aspects of HR, including strategy development,
implementation, and operational management - must
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance requirements (PF, ESI,
labour audits), and government reporting regulations.
  • Leading an HR team - advantage
  • mother tongue Gujarati - must

Position Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Manager will be responsible for the strategic and
operational leadership of all HR functions across Sarin India. The role requires a
dynamic leader capable of aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while
fostering a culture of innovation, compliance, and high performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business
objectives.
  • Leading and supporting organizational processes and structural changes
  • Serve as an advisory body to management and the CEO in all matters related to
human resources.
  • Overseeing the full recruitment life cycle to attract, retain, and develop top
talent.
  • Driving performance management processes that foster a results driven culture.
  • Developing and refining HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
and organizational consistency.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives, including welfare programs, team
building events, and cultural activities.
  • Ensuring adherence to statutory and labour compliance requirements, including
PF, ESI, labour laws, and audits.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of a high-tech, future-ready work
environment across offices in Surat and Mumbai.
