Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement and retention. Your contribution will be vital in driving organizational growth and success. Job Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation. Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office. Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
