Required: HR Manager - AT Surat LOCATION About The Company- Waste Recycling Experience of at least 5+ years as an HR Manager (Preferably from - a ( Waste Recycling ) Prior Experience In The Manufacturing Industry Requires Location - Surat ( Kim ) SALARY - 50k-60k per month The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization\'s recruitment and policy strategies. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Manage the full cycle of recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and job offers. Able to handle the situation with a neutral and logical mindset. Able to think of varioussolutions to solve issues. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to meet the needs of the organization. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and management. Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruiting sources. Develop and deliver training programs for employees and management on skill-based jobs. Identify and implement employee development programs to improve retention and employee satisfaction. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
