You will play a role in identifying and engaging top talent creatively, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring Canopas's most important asset - its people!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating the sourcing efforts. Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment.
• Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way.
• You will work closely together with management and other team members to make sure we attract and hire the best talent.
• Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the HR team.
• Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice.
• Monitor progress against the goals for time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diverse candidate slates, and talent pipelines for the region.
• Develop diverse and ready-to-hire pipelines of candidates as designated.
• Manage & Coordinate HR Projects (meetings, events, surveys, seminars, presentations, etc) and make reports
• Conduct and execute Campus and Off-Campus Placement when require
• Support in orientation and induction formalities of newly hired employees
• Assist in Human Resource Engagement Activities

Skills & Requirements

• You have experience working as an in-house recruiter.
• You are passion-driven and always find ways to improve your work's quality.
• Develop recruitment sourcing strategy including direct sourcing, agency usage, campus programs, etc.
• Build partnerships with the leadership team to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Canopas has a unique and positive experience.
• You are a great teammate who loves to have fun at work and contribute to your experience and positive attitude!

Education

Education: MBA or Equivalent Degree

Experience: 1-2 Years

Salary: Starts at 2.04 Lac per annum
