Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's growth plans.
Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Formulate HR policies, compensation structures, and succession plans.
Partner with management to support business objectives and manpower planning.
Lead HR analytics, training, and leadership development initiatives.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR with 10+ years of experience (preferably in Real Estate or related sector).
Proven track record in strategic HR leadership.
Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

As per industry standards
