The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions for the stock broking division, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and performance management. The role requires strong knowledge of SEBI-regulated financial organizations, a keen understanding of sales-driven environments, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for dealer, relationship manager, equity advisor, and back-office roles.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for sales, research, and support functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new employees.
2. Training & Development
Organize induction programs for new joiners, focusing on financial products, compliance, and sales ethics.
Coordinate with business heads to identify skill gaps and design learning modules.
Conduct soft skills and sales productivity training sessions.
3. Performance Management
Implement KPI and KRA tracking systems for dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff.
Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Drive incentive and appraisal processes aligned with business performance.
4. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure HR policies are compliant with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and labor laws.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation as per audit requirements.
Handle disciplinary issues, employee grievances, and exit processes.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
Design engagement activities to motivate sales and research teams.
Implement reward & recognition programs for top performers.
Conduct periodic surveys and HR audits to improve retention.
6. Payroll & Administration
Oversee salary processing, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate with finance for incentive and variable pay calculations.
Manage statutory compliances - PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
Key Skills Required:
