Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting a high-performance, people-first culture.Act as a role model for inclusive and ethical leadership across the organization.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster an open, inclusive, and positive work environment through effective employee engagement, communication strategies, and conflict resolution.Drive talent planning, leadership development, and training programs to support employee growth and retention, with a focus on gender diversity and inclusion.Ensure HR policies are up to date, compliant with labor laws, and reflective of best practices in equity and fairness.Support organizational changes and transformations through effective HR planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.Lead initiatives that support gender equity, diversity, and cultural sensitivity across teams.Advocate for inclusive hiring, career growth, and leadership opportunities for underrepresented groups.Oversee performance review processes, career progression frameworks, and compensation strategies in alignment with business needs and market trends.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing diverse teams
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive people-related strategies
