Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
Handle employee queries, grievances, and support overall engagement
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards
Plan and execute training programs and employee development initiatives
Monitor performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate with management to understand manpower and business needs
Organize team-building activities and maintain a healthy work environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR management or similar roles
Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, and labour regulations
Excellent communication, people skills, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Proactive, organized, and empathetic approach
