We are looking for an experienced

HR MANAGER to

handle day-to-day HR functions with a strong focus on managing

worker-level employees

at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the

construction industry

, managing a site-based workforce and ensuring HR practices are aligned with labor laws and organizational goals.

Preferred male candidates

Experienced in managing worker-level employees across construction project sites.

Monitoring daily labour and office & site staff attendance (including labourers, supervisors, engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers). Validating Daily Progress Report and overseeing site-level HRMS records. Planning and allocating manpower at project sites. Managing attendance, leave, and early late reporting for site and office staff. Preparing payroll files and coordinating salary processing. Recruiting site-level staff. Addressing site staff grievances and supporting performance reviews. Maintaining office discipline and decorum. Approving petty cash and arranging and managing staff accommodations where required. And such other jobs as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements and Skills:

BTech Civil, Dip in Civil, BBA, MBA Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in project-based industries (construction, infrastructure, etc.) Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR practices related to field and site operations. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
