HR Manager Responsibilities (English)



Recruitment & Selection

- Managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Payroll & Compensation

- Handling salary, benefits, tax deductions, and incentive structures.

Employee Relations

- Resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.

Performance Management

- Implementing appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.

Training & Development

- Organizing training sessions and skill enhancement programs.

Policy Implementation

- Creating and enforcing company HR policies and code of conduct.

Legal Compliance

- Ensuring adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.

HRMS Management

- Maintaining digital employee records using HR software.

Exit Formalities

- Handling resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.

Employee Engagement

- Promoting workplace culture through events, rewards, and motivation programs
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
