Key Responsibilities:
Lead all HR operations at the plant level, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle
union relations and negotiations
effectively.
Maintain harmonious industrial relations and act as the point of contact between management and workforce.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Ensure timely documentation and reporting as per statutory requirements.
Coordinate with corporate HR and senior leadership for HR strategy implementation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in HR with
at least 5 years in union handling
.
Proven track record in
labor law compliance
and
industrial relations
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Gujarati
is mandatory.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
