Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Design and execute employee engagement programs and training initiatives.
Maintain HR records, payroll, and documentation accurately.
Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in HR, MBA (HR), or equivalent.
Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role in a retail/automotive environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
