The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll, compliance, and HR policies. The role requires a strategic mindset to align HR practices with business goals while ensuring a positive work culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Oversee performance management processes and guide managers in employee evaluations.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated workforce.
Supervise payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Maintain HR records, reports, and HRMS database with accuracy.
Advise management on HR best practices, organizational structure, and succession planning.
Lead disciplinary procedures and exit formalities with professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5-8 years) in HR management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and payroll management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
