We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and champion the full employee experience from onboarding to exit. Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance

Familiarity with talent planning and organizational development

Effective problem-solving with a strategic, business-first approach

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution capabilities

Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR documentation processes

Experience in managing statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,012.70 per month
