Are you a people-focused professional with a knack for digital growth? Hexotix is looking for a HR Manager + SEO Specialist who can balance talent management with search engine optimization strategies to drive both people and performance growth.

Role & Responsibilities

HR Manager Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and performance evaluation systems.

Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Handle payroll, attendance, and compliance requirements.

Provide support in training & development programs.

SEO Specialist Responsibilities:

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search ranking.

Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and competitor analysis.

Monitor website traffic, analytics, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team for content optimization.

Stay updated with the latest SEO tools, trends, and algorithms.

Requirements

Proven experience in HR management and SEO.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Hands-on knowledge of HR tools and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).

Ability to multitask and manage both HR and SEO functions efficiently.

Based in Surat (applications from Surat candidates only).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,735.38 - ₹22,904.66 per month

Work Location: In person
