WHAT DO WE SEEK
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and organized Senior HR Manager to join our team.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for playing a critical role in overseeing and driving our human resources functions. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. This position is open for remote work from anywhere in India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions, including creating job postings, conducting candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring effective communication and adherence to policies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance management programs, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Plan and conduct training and development programs to enhance employees\' skills and knowledge, supporting their professional growth within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, meticulously maintaining employee files and records.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive in the labour market.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a senior HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Experience with HR software and systems is preferred.
  • Experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Certification such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus.
