We seek an experienced HR Manager to lead human resource functions for our fast-paced automobile component manufacturing unit. You will drive talent strategies aligned with production, quality, and safety goals in India's competitive automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
Source skilled blue-collar workers (technicians, assembly staff) and white-collar professionals (engineers, QA experts) through technical institutes, trade networks, and campus drives. Prioritize technical knowledge (CNC, lean manufacturing, ISO).

Compliance & Employee Relations:
Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws (Factories Act, Minimum Wages, PF/ESI) and safety standards. Resolve disputes, and foster a safe, inclusive workplace.

Training & Development:
Implement technical upskilling (automation, robotics) and safety workshops. Build leadership capabilities in supervisors/managers via lean management programs.

Compensation & Benefits:
Design competitive payroll structures (statutory bonuses, OT for workers; performance incentives for professionals). Ensure timely PF, gratuity, and ESI compliance across multi-state operations.

Employee Engagement:
Boost morale through health camps, family events, and recognition programs.

Workforce Planning:
Align hiring with production scalability and automation trends. Develop retention strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in HR and equivalent courses with certifications (SHRM/PHRI preferred).
- Proven experience in automotive/manufacturing HR, including labour law, and HRMS/ERP tools.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
