Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (e.g., Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, ESI, PF, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.)
Prepare and submit statutory returns/reports (PF, ESI, LWF, PT, etc.) within due timelines.
Maintain up-to-date compliance registers and documentation as per applicable laws.
Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and labour authorities during inspections/audits.
Ensure proper implementation of policies related to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), Gratuity, and Leave rules.
