Oversee the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Administer compensation and benefit plans to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with statutory requirements.
Nurture a positive working environment through effective employee relations practices and activities.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, remaining current with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
